A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the necessary information about your therapy session, such as diagnosis and treatment codes. This approach allows you to have greater flexibility and choice in your therapy while still potentially receiving financial assistance from your insurance company.

  • Therapy with me is an immersive journey into the depths of relational exploration and self-discovery. I bring a deeply engaged presence to our sessions, fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. Instead of rushing towards solutions, I encourage you to delve into your experiences, asking questions like "What do you notice?" and exploring the sensations and emotions present in your body. My approach is relational, somatic, and fueled by curiosity, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your innermost workings. Together, we'll navigate the complexities of your thoughts and feelings, inviting curiosity and openness as we journey towards growth and healing.
