Hi, I am so glad you’re here!

Hello and welcome! I'm Jade (she/her), a therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and partners on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. My own experiences have shaped my understanding of what it's like to feel muted and disempowered, particularly within religious contexts. Through my reclamation journey, I've come to appreciate the importance of creating spaces where voices are heard, power is reclaimed, and intuition is honored.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, body-based, and attachment-focused framework. I believe in co-creating a secure and nurturing environment where clients can explore and reclaim their wellness, identity, internal safety, and pleasure.

Drawing from my understanding of the nervous system, I utilize relational and somatic techniques to help clients cultivate a sense of internal safety. By reconnecting with their bodies, sensuality, curiosity, and pleasure, clients can heal and make space for deeper relationships and experiences.

In my practice, I integrate parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment-focused therapy, nervous system regulation, and other body-based and experiential modalities (AEDP, EMDR). I'm passionate about accompanying clients as they navigate their journey, fostering tenderness towards themselves and facilitating growth.

I recognize the interconnectedness between personal experiences and broader societal structures. Systems of marginalization and discrimination, including capitalism, racism, sexism, and homophobia, impact us both individually and collectively. This awareness informs my approach, allowing me to support clients in navigating their personal struggles within the context of larger societal systems.
